“I was absolutely blown away by the food at Santa Barbara Eco-Beach Resort. The breakfast spread was simply divine, offering freshly pressed juices, a variety of breads, cheeses, and hot food options like pancakes and porridge. Each morning seemed like a special occasion, and the local ingredients really shone through. Dinner was another highlight, with dishes like 'Caldo, duck, and sponge cake' impressing my taste buds. “Staying in a one-bedroom garden unit with a hot tub was a dream come true! The attention to detail was amazing, from the beautiful linens and plush spa gowns to the herbal tea and sleep mist, made my evenings more relaxing. The room included a kitchenette that met all my needs perfectly, with everything I could possibly want for a comfortable stay. “The resort's focus on providing entertainment was truly commendable. I took advantage of the on-site surf shop, easily booking surf lessons that added an exciting adventure to my stay. Not only did my instructor, Gustavo, teach me the ropes of surfing, but the entire setup was seamless and enjoyable. The resort also had inviting outdoor communal spaces where I could relax and soak in the picturesque surroundings while observing surfers riding the waves-an entertainment spectacle right at my doorstep!” view full review
